This article guides you on how to set up My360+ Feedback Templates.

Templates are additional tools to capture ongoing 360 degree feedback in your organization. They support and contextualize My360+ Skills ratings, but can be used in a stand-alone feedback exercise relevant to specific teams or purposes.

To create a 360+ Feedback Template, navigate to Admin > Feedback Questions.

1. Click Add Template.

2. When you create a Template, you can Add a title and a short description.

3. Click Continue to save the template.

4. Below the title and description, click +Add new question. All the questions you create will be automatically saved to the Question library. This allows you to reuse relevant questions in other templates.

5. To add an existing question from the Question library on the right, drag it from the right-hand menu to its position on the left.

How to "edit" or "delete" a Feedback Template

Click the "3 dots" on the right-hand side. Here you can Edit or Delete the Template.

To Edit a Template, you can edit each question by clicking on the "3 dots". By default, every Template you create will be Active. To Deactivate a Template, simply toggle off the Active button.

IMPORTANT: All active Feedback Templates will be visible for all My360+ users, which means anyone can choose any template when asking for feedback.

As best practice, if you are creating team-specific templates, to avoid confusion, you should indicate either in the Title or Description the purpose of the template. For example, you could add "Do not use if not in X team" or "Use only if you are in X project".
