When you purchase our 360 feedback add-on, please allow for at least two months of setup time as we'll need to discuss multiple dimensions of this feature.

My360+ Templates - What to do
My360+ Skills Template
Through this template, you inform eloomi on the specifics of the skills in your platform.
You will need to specify the following:
Column A - Skill name
Column B - Skill description
Column C - Rating scale (you can choose between 1-3, 1-5, 1-7, 1-9 and the rating scale can be different for each skill)
Column D - Rating 1 description (this description will portray above the rating scale when a user provides feedback on a skill)
Column E - Rating 3 description (you are able to create a rating description for each uneven/odd rating = 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9)
The template for the My360+ Skills
My360+_skills_teams_assignment
This file elaborates on which users are assigned to which skills.
My360+ skills assignments always go through a teams assignment. You will have to create the teams in Admin > Organisation > Teams.
Once you have set up the teams, you decide through this file, which teams get assigned to which skills (as elaborated on in the 'My360+ Skills template' file). Each user in this team, will then have these skills on their profile, so other users can provide feedback on those.
Please specify the following:
Column A - Skill name (please provide the exact same characters per skill name, as in the other file and keep 1 skill per row)
Column B - Teams (please provide the exact same characters per team name, as in your platform, and separate multiple teams with a semicolon and without a space)
The template for the My360+ assignments
Once you have finalised these two files, you can send them to us via this link. Please specify your platform URL and company name in this ticket.
The creation of these skills on your platform will be finalised within 2 to 6 weeks.
Note:
Adding or renaming skills at a later stage will follow the same flow as the above.
Removing skills is not supported without losing the feedback data on those skills on the users' profiles.
