This article will show you how to reset progress on Modules and Programs. This feature will allow you to reset progress on SCORM courses, will remove all completion data in Standard Reports and Insights, as well as Module reviews, Certificates, and Points awarded to the users.

1. To reset progress, navigate to Admin > Learning, and locate your Module. Click β€˜Assign’.

2. To reset progress in bulk, select multiple users and click the 'Expire' icon at the top of the user list.

3. To β€˜Expire’ progress for an individual, locate your user and click the icon to the right of their name.

This feature will be useful to reset a user's maximum attempts on a Test, where you require them to retake it. It will also reset progress on SCORM courses where the user is stuck, as detailed here in scenarios 2 and 4.

Bear in mind that this feature will also remove a Renewal associated with the Module. However, it will not remove Trophies and Trophy Points awarded. Users should be notified of the implications of resetting their progress also.
