When bulk importing users in eloomi, one of the properties you can add is the platform language for each user. This allows you to automatically set up users in their preferred languages. The import file requires you to fill in a language code in the Language column.

Do note that each user can still change their desired platform language via the user profile settings.
Alternatively, you can set one platform language to apply to all users in the platform via Admin > Settings.
