Setting Up the Platform Language

This article explains how to manage your platform language settings

eloomi supports multiple languages on the platform, giving users a personalised experience in their native languages. Consequently, all platform text, menus, buttons and mail templates are already translated. 

Important! The platform does not support the translation of module content such as presentations, articles and test questions etc.

The language settings are accessed by navigating to Admin > Settings > Company Details > Language details. 

These settings allow you to specify if one platform language should apply to all users in the platform, OR if users should select their preferred platform language themselves. 


If the platform language is not "forced" to all users, the selected language will apply as default when users log into the platform. Each user may then change their desired platform language via the user profile settings.
