eloomi allows you to award user's with Certificates through Completion of courses, however as an Admin you are also able to update a Certificate manually awarded.
Simply navigate to the user's profile where you want to upload a Certificate. This can be done by using the Universal Search function from top right hand corner.
Once you are on a user's profile navigate to Certificates tab. Here you will see all the Certificates this user has been awarded in the past. Click on the "Upload Certificate" button
Once the Upload certificate module appears fill in the details. Please note the upload is supported only for .PDF and .JPG files only
Once you hit Save Certificate the uploaded Certificate will appear on user's profile
