eloomi allows you to upload your own template for Simple and Detailed certificates, so any certificate will be fit for purpose and aligned with your company's brand.

You can upload your certificate templates via Admin > Settings > Certifications. The recommended file size is 800px by 1130px.

When creating your own Simple Certificate template, keep in mind the available spaces for customisation as illustrated below. As best practice, avoid putting any image background within the text blocks.

When creating a custom Detailed Certificate template, please note that if you enable all details the text block will take around 400px in height. It will be longer if you have a lengthy "Description" of the module. The signature field is also adjustable depending on the offset height. The signature will always appear at the center so you can add graphics/images on the sides as long as they don't cover the signature.

Once you uploaded your templates, it is recommended that you preview them within the module to ensure the certificate looks as you intended.
