This article will explain the elements which can be used to design custom Coaching templates.

Once you’re familiar with the elements, you will be able to make an informed decision to convey to your Solution Expert who can design up to 3 custom Coaching templates, subject to your service plan.

1. The Free text element allows the person specified, either the manager or the employee, to answer a question or write comments. Free text elements allow for more space in-between each user's answers.

2. A Question element will allow the employee and manager separate spaces to write a response to the same question. There is less distance between each user's response when the Question element is in use.

3. With the List element, the user can record several answers, tasks, or feedback points.

The length of the list can be forced. For example, you can designate 3 list items as the maximum a user or manager can record, or you can allow the user to add as many list items as necessary.

4. The Activity element allows you to record planned actions. A status label can be added to each activity.

The supported labels include ‘Not Started’, which is red, ‘Started’, which is yellow, ‘Done’, which is green, and ‘Not implemented’ which is grey. It is not supported to change to color of these labels.

5. The Goal element is similar to Activity element however, every Goal supports the addition of several sub-goal text fields. This mirrors how Hard and Soft goals appear in the eloomi platform. Each Goal and sub-goal can include a status label.

6. The File element enables file uploads, and you can decide if the manager or employee should add the file to the coaching session.

7. The Task element allows the manager and user to add tasks, with a description and follow up date. It also supports custom status labels. You can specify if the status label should be red, yellow, green, or grey.

Managers and the employee can comment on a task.
