To help users that have a "pending user" status when they attempt to log in, we suggest one of the following options:

Re-activate pending users

Check-mark relevant users and click on "activate user". After that, choose "Standard" and click "Activate". 

Users will then receive an activation mail from the platform where they can create a password.
