You can create and use a custom URL to have your very own, completely white-labeled platform.

Keep in mind that eloomi does not host your domain. You will either have to acquire a new domain or create a subdomain of your own website.

Custom domain setup

  • Acquire your new domain (yournewdomain.com) or set up your subdomain (subdomain.yourwebsite.com)

  • When using a main domain: set your A-record in DNS and point it to our IP address: 20.82.210.126

  • When using a subdomain: set your C-Name in DNS and point it to our eloomi domain (gateway.eloomi.io) - (Recommended)

Simply share your documentation via this link and we will finalize the settings.

This ticket needs to include:

  • Your company name

  • Your current platform URL

  • New platform URL (new domain or subdomain)

eloomi will generate the certificate for the custom domain and the certificate will automatically renew every 3 months. You do not need to provide us with the SSL certificate.

Note

If you prefer to send us a valid SSL certificate for that domain, this can be included in the ticket. This can either be in the form of a .PFX file along with a password, or the Secret Key and Public CRT are provided.
Passwords must be alphanumeric and a maximum of 12 characters.

eloomi can also generate a CSR (along with a secret.key) in case you require it - this will allow you to then generate a public.crt.
