How to retrieve Material when Subscription ends

This article shows you what to do to extract your data from eloomi when you offboard the platform.

We are sorry to see you go! But, if that moment comes, follow the steps below to get the data from your platform.

The process:

1. Write us an email at support@eloomi.com to request extraction of the content from your platform.

2. When we have processed your request, you will receive two excel files:

a. A file with links leading you to each individual content of your modules

To Download, paste the link into your browser. This will trigger the download.

b. A file with links to your videos on Vimeo

NOTE:

  • It is only possible to download the content you have uploaded in eloomi. That means that you can get SCORM files and the uploaded slideshows (.ppt, .pps, .pptx, .ppsx, .pot, .potx, .pdf, .odp, .doc, .docx, .rtf, .odt).
    It is not possible to download individual articles and tests from modules.

  • The file with links to Vimeo videos gives you an overview of the videos only. The videos from Vimeo cannot be accessed directly: Please contact your CS representative or write to us at support@eloomi.com. All videos will be uploaded to a shared folder. A link to the folder will be provided to the requestor no later than one month after the last subscription date.

  • Be sure to request the export sometime before the last day with eloomi. Your platform will be deleted one month after the last subscription date.

    For example: if your contract ends on April 30th, the platform will become inaccessible on May 30th.

  • We anonymize customer data 72 months after platform deletion. This can be changed upon your request. Write to us at support@eloomi.com
