To create a course, navigate to Admin > Learning/Courses and click on New. Click on Build Course to create a new course.

Add a cover image, course title, duration and course description.

As a Play or Plus subscriber, you also have access to the feature Categories & Topics. Use Categories & Topics to tag your courses and group your courses into a specific category or topic. Learn more about Categories & Topics here.

Click on Add page to create a new page in your course. The Overview to the right outlines all pages of the course.

Add a page title and click on Add content. Here you can either

Choose the following options for adding content: Text, Image, Video, PDF, Podcast, Iframe, Attachment.

Add questions enables to create a test. Use this feature to test your colleagues' knowledge and ensure that they understood your content. Add a page title. Add your question and answers below. To set one answer as the correct answer, click on that option. On the right side, you can choose further settings for your test.

After adding your content, click on Assign to assign the course to your users.

As a Play or Plus subscriber, you can also upload your existing SCORM files to your platform. To upload a course, navigate to Admin > Learning/Courses. Click on New and choose Upload SCORM file.

Upload or drag your file in the field and click on Assign to save your course.

To edit a course, navigate to Admin > Learning/Courses and choose the course you want to edit by clicking on the three dots to the right.

To assign a course, navigate to Admin > Learning/Courses and choose the course you want to assign. Click on Assignments or the three dots to the right.

Choose the users you want to assign the course to and click on Next. Here, you can manage assignment rules. You can set a course as required or choose to notify users about the assignment. After managing the assignment rules, click on Next and finish by clicking on Assign users.

Quick Tip

Only users that are in your platform can see your courses. To assign courses to your colleagues, you need to create them as users and invite them to your platform.

To see insights on one specific course, navigate to Admin > Learning/Courses. Find the course and click on the three dots to the right. Click See Insights to discover.
