This article briefly explains how, and why, the blue checkmark does not become active once the SCORM course is complete

The way the eloomi LMS interacts with SCORM is, that once the option to "Validate Completion" is enabled on a SCORM step inside a module, we make the blue checkmark button visible only once we receive this information from the SCORM file that the SCORM step is now Complete.

This is when the checkmark becomes clickable and the Score from modules is also updated in the reports.

This can be controlled through various settings depending on the SCORM authoring tool outside the platform. For instance you can set the SCORM file for completion based on the number of slides (example: Complete on slide 31) or based on successful completion of a Quiz/Score.

This will have to be a setting in the SCORM which needs to inform the LMS system and the blue checkmark will then be visible.
