Enabling the platform as a web-application allows users to access the platform login page via a URL shortcut on the home screen on iOS and Android devices.
First, toggle on the enable web-app option from Admin > Settings > Customise Branding. Select and upload a logo (min. 192x192 pixels) and hover to view the current logo.
For users to access the login page they must do the following:
Navigate to the platform in a web browser e.g. https:// companyname.eloomi.com/
2. Save the URL as a shortcut on the home screen of the mobile device.
3. Subsequently, the logo will replace the URL as an icon for the users to click. They will be directed straight from their home screen to the login page without having to open a web browser.
