Adding merge tags
An email can consist of multiple merge tags and is a great way to show information related to the receiver of the email. Below you can see the Mail message with a group of merge tags that can be used in the mail message only.
You can start adding the merge tags by clicking on them. Every merge tag will create a new line of text in the mail message.
The preview in the right side will give you a glimpse of the type of data the merge tags will show.
List of supported merge tags:
Tags that show data about the receiver:
#user_name#
#user_email#
#first_name#
#company_name#
Tags that show data about the employee:
#employee_name#
#employee_first_name#
#employee_email#
#employee_department#
#employee_direct_manager#
#employee_department_manager#
Tags that show data about the appraisal process
#meeting_date#
#user_flow#
#user_tag#
Tags without data
Some of the merge tags might not have any information for the receiver. For example, when using the #employee_direct_manager# in a scenario where the employee doesn't have any direct manager assigned. The merge tag will be empty in the mail.
